Joel Holcombe, M.D.

Dr. Holcombe has been on over 35 medical mission trips spanning the globe, including every continent except Antarctica. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has a Certificate of Travel Health issued by the International Society of Travel Medicine. A list of countries he has done mission work includes: Peru, Honduras, Kenya, Madagascar, Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Indonesia. He is originally from the Detroit area. He has an A.A. degree from Concordia University, Ann Arbor, MI, B.A. from Eastern Michigan University, B.S. from Purdue University, M.B.A. from Columbus State University and M.D. from Indiana University School of Medicine.
Scarlet Holcombe, Pharm.D.

Dr. Scarlet Holcombe is a veteran of approximately 70 medical mission trips and has also participated in non-medical mission trips to Poland and Uganda. She oversees pharmacy students from Mercer University of which she is an alumnus. She has also mentored pharmacy students from Creighton University and University of Georgia. She has been on multiple medical mission trips to Guatemala, Honduras, Myanmar, Indonesia, Kenya and Madagascar. She is a native of Dublin, Georgia.
Heather Edwards, RN

Heather is a labor and delivery nurse. She has been on a medical mission trip to Kenya as well as a non-medical mission trip to Poland.

Sharon is retired from executive management of Ameris Bank in Leesburg, Georgia.
Tami Lewis, M.D.

Tami is the winner of the eating contest while in Kenya. I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia. I did undergraduate at Xavier University of Louisiana and received a degree in Chemistry in 2002 . I went on to complete my medical degree at MCG in Augusta, GA and graduated in 2007. In 2010 I was elated to complete my residency at SW GA Family Medicine Residency program in Albany, Georgia. I am a loving wife and mother of 2 children. I enjoy Christian Fellowship and Medical Missions when possible.
